The Center for Arts and Spirituality is located in the basement auditorium of Emmanuel Lutheran Church located three blocks South of State Street at the intersection of 6th Street and 3rd Avenue in Rockford. The entrance is on the North side of the church, in the alley behind the Election Commissioners Office. Parking is available in the parking lot directly to the North of the church, and is easily accessed from Fifth Street.
