CARDIO TAP
Kickstart your morning with rhythm and energy! This upbeat class combines tap technique with engaging choreography, helping dancers build skills and fitness in a supportive, fun environment. Students learn routines with the option to participate in community performances. Some tap experience is helpful.

BEGINNING TAP
Step into the world of tap! Learn the foundations of rhythm and timing while building confidence through simple combinations and fun routines. Whether you’re brand new to dance or returning after a break, this class will help you connect your feet to the music and prepare for more advanced work.
Tap shoes are not necessary to get started.

MORNING LYRICAL
Ease into the day with a class that blends ballet technique and expressive movement. This open-level class focuses on flow, musicality, and emotional connection—grounding dancers in both technique and artistry to start the morning with intention.

MORNING BALLET
Start your day with a focused, refreshing ballet class open to all levels and body types with no prior experience. This class offers a supportive environment to warm up the body, refine technique, and build consistency through traditional barre and center work.
